Aerune

Aerune is a lightweight, open-source desktop client for Bluesky (Windows/macOS). It’s designed for quick “between tasks” use with a clean, web-like feel and fast rendering.

Key features:

• Post, reply, quote, repost, like

• Image upload (paste / drag & drop) and image saving

• Notifications and DMs

• Multiple accounts

• Bookmarks

• Profile actions: follow/unfollow, mute, block (and manage lists in Settings)

• NSFW blur option

• Japanese/English UI (auto-detected, manual toggle in Settings)

• Thread viewing and back navigation optimized for desktop workflow

Note:

• Please use a Bluesky App Password to log in.

• Feed (custom feeds) is not included.
