We will manually register overseas users who fall into any of the following categories:
★Posters of GenAI output (including those who falsely claim to be "AI-free" by using hand-drawn imitation, etc.)
★Those who use derogatory terms such as "anti-AI" to disparage victims of GenAI or advocates for the control of GenAI
★Those who repeatedly commit malicious acts or crimes such as abusive language, slander, intimidation, stalking, and death threats
★Those whose behavior on Bluesky, X, etc. suggests they praise and regularly use GenAI
★Those who reproduce without permission, plagiarize, impersonate, or misuse the personal information of DMCA applicants
★Those who create and incite moderation lists of insulting, offensive, or malicious names or descriptions
★Those who spam, incite hate and discrimination, scams, NFTs, trolls, conspiracy theorists, spread misinformation, or engage in adult content
